Hosting
I'm offering free hosting for those who need it since I have lots of space left. All my domains are hosted on my reseller account at Holdfire. You can choose to be hosted under either i-heart-you.com, i-heart-you.net, i-heart-you.org, animagi.org or mugglerubbish.net, and you'll get enough space, a private FTP account and MySQL databases. The server supports PHP 4 and 5. I can host domains as well. (domain hostees will have access to cPanel)
Rules
The terms and conditions to get hosting.
Have some decent knowledge of HTML and CSS, and try to use proper spelling and grammar on your site.
Have a link up somewhere on your site that gives me some sort of credit for hosting you. (Example: Hosted by: Deborah)
If using any scripts, make sure that you have the latest up-to-date version! Also, see this list of PHP/MySQL scripts that are not allowed on the server.
Update at least once every 6 months so I know I'm not hosting a dead or abandoned site. If you run a fanlisting, update it once every two months as stated by TFL rules.
You are not allowed to host any one without my permission! Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate termination of your account.

If I agree to host you, you will have 2 months after I've send you your login details to move in and upload your site. Failing to do this results in your account being deleted.
